So, yesterday I finally managed to do the entire 25 km loop. Definitely not an easy run. With 5500 ft in elevation, mist so dense that I couldn’t see far ahead, and the massive amount of snow on the 2nd part of the trail made it challenging to say the least. The amount of snow made it impossible to see the trail; if it wasn’t for my super watch which really indicates the trail in detail, I would have been lost. The main issue, besides the fact that you can’t see the trail, is the fact that this trail is so remote that I didn’t see a single person on the entire trail and that is scary. But…I nailed that sun of a bitch and I can now say that I did the Juneau Ridge Loop
