Sitka is located on the west side of Baronof Island, in Southeastern Alaska and has one of the more scenic trails available of the ports we’re going to.

We did a good trail run, leaving from the ship, where you have some amazing views

I met another ultrarunner, Eva, who is also training for one of the UTMB races and thus we decided to attack the trail together. It was a fantastic day to run today. No wind, lot of sun and after our climb, I decided to finally be so brave to jump into the Alaskan waters so now at least I can say that I did the Polar Plunge.
