A few years ago, when we sailed in Glacier Bay, we noticed a dead whale on the beach. Whether it was old and died a natural cause, or something else, we don’t know. The week after we passed it again, we saw a bunch of bears having the meal of their life and throughout the summer, this whale was a source for a lot of bears and wolves, and I was able to capture both the bears and the wolves. At the end of the summer, there was not much left and the inside was complete eaten, so much, that the bears even walked inside the whale. It sounds cruel, but this was nature at it’s best. It was definitely very intriguing seeing the whale getting smaller by the week.
