This was another one…..carpet from 1970, dirty, discolored. Wallpaper outdated, lights outdated, dirty ceiling…So, ripped out the carpet and put in leveling cement to tile the floor. Painted the ceiling, tiled the floor, replaced the lighting, replaced the wallpaper, sanded all the doors and painted them white and finally added wainscoting.
